Born in Miami Beach, Stephen Seto holds a Professional Performance Certificate and Master of Music in Piano Performance from the Lynn Conservatory with full scholarship under the tutelage of Dr. Roberta Rust. Stephen received his Bachelor of Music at the University of Miami with honors studying piano with Tian Ying and harpsichord with Frank Cooper. Stephen was 1st place winner of the Fourteenth Annual Scholarship Competition presented by the Palm Beach County Music Teachers Association. In 2006 Mr. Seto was among 11 outstanding pianists performing for the Chopin Festival Concert in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Seto has had his music played on local and national public radio stations. He accompanies students of all instruments but enjoys making music with his brother Kevin and sister Kristen, who are violinists. Stephen balances out his time with the ukulele, guitar, composing, recording, astronomy, nature, spearfishing, and surfing.

He has played with the United Kingdom Ukulele Orchestra along with his ukulele students. In October of 2014, Seto won 1st prize in the South Florida Young Artist's Competition and nominated for the 2018 Instrumental Music Teacher Award.
